Key responsibilities:

  • Providing publishing technical support using MS Office Suite, applicable tools, guidelines and templates
  • Acting as part of production team, collaborating with team members in production of both electronic and print copies of varying size and complexity - from technical project reports and proposals, to marketing
  • Completing routine technical tasks and following direction from a lead
  • Performing quality control check to meet project quality, objectives and deadlines
  • Organizing material and completing writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
  • Reviewing published materials and recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding
Here’s What You’ll Need:


Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on late shifts (12.00 - 20.00 and/or 14.00 - 22.00)
  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in English Philology
  • Excellent language skills (English and Polish)
  • Prior experience in document editing/translation
  • Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing software (MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player, with demonstrated organization and attention to details skills and accuracy
  • Willingness and ability to travel for short periods
